PORCELAIN ENAMEL 1000 RESIN – is a 2 part resin, 1 part catalyst aliphatic acrylic polyurethane that is used in the bathtub & tile industry but also used in the automotive, marine and aircraft industry. Cure times are available in 48hr, 36hr, 24hr, 10hr and 4hr. Available in any color.

PORCELAIN & TILE ETCH

DIRECTIONS: Apply Etch evenly then let stand for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse with clean water. Scrubbing lightly with a brush or scrub pad, to remove any residue. Protect hands with chemical resistant gloves and eyes with goggles. DO NOT MIX WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCTS

DANGER: May cause burns, skin and eye irritant, harmful if swallowed. Contains phosphoric acid, avoid contact with eyes, skin and mucous membranes. Use with good ventilation. If breathing difficulty occurs, move to fresh air. Co not ingest. For skin contact wawsh with soap and water.

USES: Use to prep tubs, sinks and tile. Plaster before re-glazing CONTAINS: A BLEND OF ACIDS AND PHOSPHORIC ACID

BRUSH, ROLL OR SPRAY EPOXY

PREPRATION: LIGHTLY SAND GLOSSLY SERFACES. ETCH PORCELAIN OR TILE.

APPLICATION: SHAKE CAN AND THEN STIR. THIN USING RE-NEW-IT’S EPOXY THINNER. APPLY 2 LIGHT MEDIUM EVEN COATS. CAN BE BRUSHED, ROLLED OR SPRAYED ON. RECOAT WITHIN 1 HOUR. DRYS TO THE TOUCH IN 2-4 HOURS FULLY DRY IN 24 HOURS. PRIMMING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

CLEAN UP: CLEAN UP APPLICATION TOOLS WITH RE-NEW-IT’S EPOXY THINNER.

CONTAINS: PETROLEUM DISTILLATES, VAPOR HARMFULL, DO NOT BREATH VAPORS, SPRAY MIST OR OVERSPRAY. INSURE FRESH AIR AND WEAR AN APPROPITE RESPIRATOR DURING AND AFTER APPLICATION.

WHITE PRIMER

PREPARATION: LIGHTLY SAND GLOSSY SURFACES. ETCH PORCELAIN OR TILE.

APPLICATION: SHAKE CAN AND THEN STIR. THIN USING RE-NEW-IT’S PRIMER THINNER. APPLY ONE TACK COAT THEN ONE LIGHT COAT . CAN BE BRUSHED, ROLLED OR SPRAYED ON. RE-COAT WITHIN 1 HOUR. DRYS TO THE TOUCH IN 2-4 HOURS FULLY DRY IN 24 HOURS. PRIMING IS NOT RECOMMENDED. CLEAN UP: CLEAN UP APPLICATION TOOLS WITH RE-NEW-IT’S EPOXY THINNER.ANY LEFTOVER PRODUCT CAN BE POURED BACK INTO CAN AND USED AGAIN.
