To keep your coating sparkling clean: apply a coat of good quality automotive paste wax and buff to a high shine with a soft cloth or bath towel. Repeat every 3 months for easier cleaning and long lasting protection. For normal cleaning: never use abrasive cleaners, acid, bleach such as scouring powders, spray acids, steel wool, scrapers, sandpaper or anything else that could scratch or dull the surface of your coating. Instead use a wash cloth warm water, Soft Scrub, Green Works, 409, or the Magic Eraser. Especially those cleaners listed as mild or gentle. Call the 800 # on the back of any product your not sure is safe to use. Rubber mats: if you use a rubber mat make sure to remove it from the unit after each shower to avoid harm to the surface finish. Or hang it on towel bar or shower door. Do not leave it in thebottom. Inspect the coating for nicks, if you find any, seal it with clear coat fingernail polish to block out water then you can order a repair kit at www.renewitcoatings.com to fix any damage and any future damage. Do maintenance caulking whenever needed. Just apply directly over old caulking.
